UMPIRES

In order to keep the event as transparent and fair as possible we encourage clubs & teams who are registering students to this event to provide volunteer umpires. As an organisation we will also have trained and certified umpires in senior positions. Volunteer Umpires must be 1st Kup or above. 
Umpires will have the support of the organisation and the Umpire Red Card Policy will be in play for this event, protecting the wellbeing, role and work of the Umpires, against abuse or interference. For more information please visit www.butl.org.uk

A lunch buffet will be provided for all Umpires each day.

All Umpires will receive an official BUTL Tie for use across the Championship.

All Umpires to wear Black / Grey Trousers, White Shirt, BUTL Tie will be provided.

All Umpires will be required to attend a virtual Umpires meeting prior to the World Championships, as well as meetings on the day of each event.

ALL UMPIRES MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

COACHES

There is no limit on the number of coaches per club, but all coaches passes will be checked. Coaches will be asked to confirm they have read the BUTL Code of Conduct prior to receiving their passes, no abuse or negative behaviour will be tolerated.

Coaches attire is sports top, bottoms and trainers. No Doboks or Umpire attire will be permitted.

All official Coaches will be required to attend a virtual Coaches meeting prior to the World Championships, as well as meetings on the day of each event.
